Error P-2803

If you're experiencing error P-2803, you're most likely a brand-new Steam user trying to purchase in Predecessor and failing. 

This error is caused by a Steam's feature called "Limited User Accounts". You can find more info about this topic here.

This issue should be resolved once you spend at least 5.00 USD within the Steam Store.
